I am a collaborative and down-to-earth communications coach and consultant, facilitator, storyteller, community developer, and Earth weaver.

I support entrepreneurs and organizations with projects related to community development, social impact, food justice and Earth care.

I also develop and facilitate custom gender diversity workshops in service of just and inclusive cultures.

I advocate for decolonization, unlearning racism, promoting accessibility culture, 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion, practicing allyship and promoting equitable access to community and resources for all.

The rightful homelands of the Sq’éwlets and Leq’á:mel First Nations are where I live, work and play—in the so-called Fraser Valley. I am honoured to have a home here, to receive teachings, and to learn ongoing practices for respecting Indigenous people, communities and lands.
